The help surface is a region of the terminal
It is worth treating help the way you treat the other regions of the screen. The chat panel does not take you away from the terminal - it opens on top of it, which means the chart, the trade panel and the history list are all still there while you describe them. That is a deliberate piece of design and it changes how a question is best phrased: name the region, then the control, then what happened.
